"Item never arrived"
Sadly, I never got the item. I paid for next day delivery, but it ended up at a sorting office almost 2 miles from my place. DPD sent me an email telling me to reach out to the sorting office to pick it up, but that wasn’t possible since they shut down early during the week and are closed on weekends. I reached out to customer service for a delivery refund, but after a bunch of emails, they told me no. Really disappointing.

"Ordered Two Boxes of Golf Balls on a Sunday..."
I placed an order for two boxes of Muzino golf balls on Sunday, 25/9/22. The website mentioned they’d arrive on Monday, 26/9, which seemed odd since not many delivery services operate on Sundays. DPD claimed they attempted to deliver on 27/9, but my wife was home all day and nothing showed up. I then requested DPD to drop them off on Thursday, 29/9, but still no luck. Eventually, I had to ask them to send it to a pick-up location on 30/9. And let me tell ya, trying to get in touch with a DPD delivery branch? Good luck with that.
